Description
Working Conditions
1. Outdoor use, able to withstand sunlight, rain, fog, hail, frost, snow, and ice.
2. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters.
3. Ambient temperature range: -40℃~+40℃. 4. Industrial frequency of power lines is 50Hz. 5. Pollution level is Class II.
Any abnormal conditions exceeding the above range, such as altitude, salt spray, industrial pollution, steam, and other severe weather conditions, can be discussed and resolved with our company.
Structure and Performance Overview
The wave trap consists of a main coil, a tuning element, and a lightning arrester.
The main coil is wound with bare aluminum flat wire. According to the rated current level, it is designed as a radial double-layer or multi-layer structure. The turns are insulated with fiberglass pads (B-class heat resistance), and the radial layers are separated by fiberglass I-beam supports. After insulation dipping and heat curing, it has good overall strength. The main coil is clamped by upper and lower hangers and fastened with several fiberglass insulated screws and magnetic steel tie rods (each with a tensile strength greater than 100kN). The tuning element consists of a capacitor, a tuning inductor, and a resistor, which forms a resonant circuit with the main coil inductance. It presents high impedance to the carrier frequency and low impedance to the power frequency current. The capacitors use film dielectric capacitors with voltage ratings of 30kV-180kV according to insulation requirements. The tuning inductor is wound with high-insulation winding wire to form an air-core coil. After dipping and potting, it is moisture-proof and high-voltage resistant.
According to the IEC353-1 989 national standard, clause 5.4 carrier performance and clause 7 blocking requirements, our company's wave traps are mainly designed as resistance type, Rb≥570Ω. The lightning arrester uses a special lightning arrester that conforms to the JB/T6479-92 standard "Metal Oxide Surge Arresters with Series Gaps for AC Power System Line Wave Traps". Its function is to limit the voltage within a certain range during atmospheric lightning or operating overvoltage to protect the main coil and tuning elements. The terminal size conforms to GB5237-85 "Terminals of Transformers, High Voltage Electrical Apparatus and Bushings" standard.
