Description
Its structural features are as follows:
1. Iron Core
The iron core is made of high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets using a multi-stage stepped lap joint process. The laminations are 45° obliquely slotted and non-porous tied structure; the clamps adopt a channel steel and plate structure, fully ensuring the clamping degree of the iron core. The mature technology for many years makes the iron core, clamps, and foot pads a well-insulated and solid whole, which reduces no-load losses and greatly reduces noise.
2. Coil
The coil adopts a cylindrical, spiral, and continuous structure. The high-voltage coil ends are added with corner rings to improve the characteristics under impact voltage, which can achieve a more uniform voltage distribution; the coil has an oil guiding structure inside to reduce the coil temperature rise; large-capacity on-load tap-changing products are equipped with independent tap-changing coils, making the ampere-turns of each winding more balanced, improving stability, preventing instability and deformation, effectively reducing the axial electromotive force caused by external short circuits of the transformer, and improving the dynamic stability of the transformer under external fault short circuits.
3. Tank Body
The tank body adopts a double positioning structure, that is, positioning at both the upper and lower parts. The leads are firmly clamped with laminated wood and firmly connected to the tank body, avoiding displacement of the transformer tank body and leads during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are fitted with anti-loosening nuts to ensure that the fasteners do not loosen during long-term transportation.
4. Oil Tank
The oil tank adopts a fully sealed, barrel-type or bell-jar structure. The heat dissipation elements adopt corrugated plates or plate-type radiators; the bottom of the tank is welded with a base or flat bottom that meets national standards for easy user installation; the tank cover generally adopts a flat top structure to facilitate maintenance personnel; the sealing surfaces all adopt high-quality oil-resistant rubber seals to prevent transformer oil leakage.
Our company's inspection implements the ISO9001 quality management standard. Specialized personnel are assigned to monitor and inspect every link from raw material entry, production process, semi-finished products to finished products. Each production process implements the "three-inspection" system of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection. Only qualified products can flow into the next process. Rigorous and scientific inspection methods, a serious and responsible working attitude, and advanced and complete testing equipment ensure that we provide users with high-quality and reliable products.
Related Solutions
A novel parallel reactor is connected to the power system in a parallel configuration to compensate for capacitive reactive power in the transmission and distribution system.
The smoothing reactor is connected in series with the DC high-voltage line, acting as both part of the converter station and a back-to-back interconnection between different
The converter reactor is located between the flexible DC converter valve and the connecting transformer. It can be installed on either the DC side or the AC side of the converter valve.
