Description
Epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers use epoxy resin as the main insulating material. High and low voltage windings are wound with copper wire (foil), cast in vacuum with epoxy resin and cured to form a high-strength fiberglass structure. The insulation class is F and H class. Epoxy resin dry-type transformers have good electrical performance, strong lightning impact resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small size and light weight, safety, fire prevention, no pollution, and can be directly operated in load centers, etc.
A temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer windings, ensuring the normal service life of the transformer. Its PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor is inserted into the low-voltage winding to obtain the temperature signal, which is processed by the circuit and cyclically displayed on the control panel for the temperature of each phase winding. It has temperature setting function, manual/automatic fan start/stop, fault and over temperature alarm signals, and over temperature automatic tripping functions. It also reserves an intelligent computer interface for remote control and monitoring. The epoxy resin dry-type transformer is equipped with a low-noise axial flow fan, which can reduce the winding temperature, improve the load capacity, and extend the service life of the transformer after starting.
Energy-saving dry-type transformers that meet the new energy efficiency standard GB20052-2020, have lower no-load loss values, superior energy-saving effects, more economical operation, and lower noise levels. Due to their excellent performance, dry-type transformers are widely used in important occasions such as high-rise buildings, business centers, hotels, subways, stations, airports, and laboratories.
